Steps to Reproduce:
Complete a quiz session and submit the answers (or tap the Retry button after a failed submission).
Observe the screen response during "Submitting your answers...".
Actual Result: The submission fails continuously with a raw error message ("Submission Failed - Validation failed"). Tapping Retry briefly shows the submission progress indicator before returning to the exact same failure message, trapping the UI in an unrecoverable failure loop.
Expected Result: Answer payloads should pass backend validation and submit successfully without throwing API validation errors.
